I am a Tucson native who has spent 24 years abroad living in working in Mexico and the Netherlands.  I am interested in philosophy and ethics, as well as linguistics and language learning.  My current interest is on philosophy of the mind and the hard problem of consciousness.  In terms of language I am interested in Spanish/English translation problems.  I am excited to be back in the Old Pueblo and working with CESL students.
