Online Undergraduate University Track Pathway

Pathway Program, Levels 8-9 (optional Level 10 available)

The NEW Online Undergraduate University Track Pathway (U-Track Pathway) is CESL’s a fully online pathway/bridge program. It features a content-based curriculum specifically for students who are considering admission to the University of Arizona’s Main Campus or Online Campus.

Students learn content similar to what they will encounter in their first year as undergraduate students and thereby improve their language abilities in our online Desire to Learn (D2L) learning management system.  In levels 9 and 10, they also enroll in a CESL-supported general education course for credit; this course counts toward any major at UArizona.

With CESL's English Language Endorsement, students in the Online U-Track Pathway can fulfill UArizona's minimum English language proficiency requirement without taking an additional TOEFL or IELTS exam.

Students must study in the program for at least two, 8-week sessions (1 semester). Students may also choose to extend their studies in the Online U-Track Pathway to a third session (Level 10), if they would like to earn three additional credits in a general education course, or if they need more time to prepare their English before being fully admitted.

As a fully-online program, this program does not grant an I-20/does not allow for immigration. In addition, as a fully-online program, this program does not include US health insurance.
